STC have not adhered to the Inspectors report in that they have failed to provide an updated Statement of Common Ground between themselves, South Tyneside Council and Gateshead Council. We believe this conflicts with the Inspectors report in that they have failed to cover paragraphs 26 and 27 of the NPPF September 2023 |
Request for all communication discrepancies between STC and GHC are clarified and all communications etc are produced in order to ensure openness and transparency. |
